For more than three decades Phil Ryan crafted a high profile legal career as a trial lawyer specializing in criminal defense and entertainment law. His celebrity clients included Academy Award winning movies stars, all-star professional athletes, elected public officials, sitting judges, authors and rock stars. The San Francisco Chronicle featured him as "San Francisco's Rock n' Roll Lawyer."
In 2006 Ryan commenced his career as a novelist. All Sins Remembered is his debut novel in a trilogy. His second novel, Bella Cora, is set in Gold Rush San Francisco and will be published in 2009.
